We have assured our customers, including the NHS and other health sector organisations, the Fire and Ambulance Services, Care Providers, Housing Associations and Haulage Companies, that we will do our utmost to stay open to meet their needs during the COVID-19 pandemic. We are committed to this, even though we have had to scale down considerably because of a fall in other orders.
The Pollards’ staff team have been superb in negotiating and implementing new arrangements so that their expertise can be drawn on flexibly, and we have developed safe practices for those operating presses and otherwise working on-site.
Examples of COVID-19 work range from an 8,000 print and mail order for a housing association to 4,000,000 information leaflets for distribution throughout the country. Pre-printed stock continues to be shipped for next day delivery to our customers.
Although provision for Essential Services will take priority, we do have spare capacity in design, print and mailing. We welcome enquiries and aim to maintain the excellent quality and service levels for which we are known.

Mailing: We recognise that many businesses, charities and other organisations need to communicate with end-users during a disruptive period of this sort. Personalised mailings are a fail-safe way of keeping in contact and providing reassurance. We can certainly help with this and are often able to reduce postage costs. We are 100% GDPR compliant and hold both Cyber Essentials and IASME accreditations, so you can rest assured your data will be safe with us.
Stock management: Some of our customers are building and retaining stocks of their print requirements so that responses to need can be extremely fast without needing local storage provision. We provide on-line stock control and ‘next day’ delivery.
